across all worldwide offices. Prior to joining Pathmos, David served almost a
decade in the United States Army. As a veteran of OIF and OEF, and Captain in
the Army Reserves, David was honorably discharged from Active Duty after
serving in various leadership capacities. David holds a B.A. in German and
Economics from Middlebury College, Vermont and a M.P.P. from American
University, Washington D.C., and J.D. from University of North Carolina, Chapel

is Vice President responsible for African Relations, where he manages the company`s global
relations with African governments and private sector stakeholders. Cally
works across a broad range of functional cases including strategy, operational
performance improvement, and organization. After operating and running health care systems for over 20 years, Cally has extensive knowledge in creation and operation of health care systems. Cally is also our renewable energy specialist with extensive training, experience and certification in alternative energy systems. Cally extensive contacts and
network helps the firm penetrate the African region.
Dr. (Mrs.) Danielle StephensDirector, Health Affairs & HealthCare Markets
leads the Healthcare Division, managing teams focused on insightful,
forward-looking research and model development on sustainable healthcare in
Sub-Sahara Africa.Prior to joining Pathmos, Danielle was a practicing
healthcare provider. Danielle holds a Bachelors Degree from Howard University,
Washington DC and DDS from New York University, New York.

Juan is an accomplished business strategist and human capacity manager. Juan is a decorated Army veteran and Captain who has commanded 300 personnel Company both in combat and in garrison. Most recently, he worked as a business strategist and advisor for large fortune 500 company overseeing their new projects and products development strategies. Juan is invaluable to the team, and he is instrumental in the development of our current waste-to-energy project in the African region.
