Our team combines global expertise with extensive regional experience, allowing us to take on a wide range of issues across sectors. The PATHMOS management team has worked across the developing world, for governments, international consultancies, and development organizations.
 
The PATHMOS Advisory Network is comprised of senior leaders, ambassadors, government officials, and corporate executives. This network is accessed for thought partnership to tackle the most difficult challenges facing the Global South.
 
The PATHMOS Resource Network is a network of regional and international human talent. Ranging from lawyers to engineers, doctors to consultants, the PATHMOS Resource Network enables us to “right size” any effort while delivering the top expertise.
 

Management

Mr. C. David Stephens
Chief Consultant

David is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s strategy, team, and operations across all worldwide offices. Prior to joining Pathmos, David served almost a decade in the United States Army. As a veteran of OIF and OEF, and Captain in the Army Reserves, David was honorably discharged from Active Duty after serving in various leadership capacities. David holds a B.A. in German and Economics from Middlebury College, Vermont and a M.P.P. from American University, Washington D.C., and J.D. from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Mr. Cally NwaeHiri
Vice President & Senior Consultant, Health Sustainability & Renewable Energy

Cally is Vice President responsible for African Relations, where he manages the company`s global relations with African governments and private sector stakeholders. Cally works across a broad range of functional cases including strategy, operational performance improvement, and organization. After operating and running health care systems for over 20 years, Cally has extensive knowledge in creation and operation of health care systems. Cally is also our renewable energy specialist with extensive training, experience and certification in alternative energy systems. Cally extensive contacts and network helps the firm penetrate the African region.

Dr. (Mrs.) Danielle Stephens
Director, Health Affairs & HealthCare Markets

Danielle leads the Healthcare Division, managing teams focused on insightful, forward-looking research and model development on sustainable healthcare in Sub-Sahara Africa.Prior to joining Pathmos, Danielle was a practicing healthcare provider. Danielle holds a Bachelors Degree from Howard University, Washington DC and DDS from New York University, New York.

Mr. Juan Garcia
Director, Business Strategist

Juan is an accomplished business strategist and human capacity manager. Juan is a decorated Army veteran and Captain who has commanded 300 personnel Company both in combat and in garrison. Most recently, he worked as a business strategist and advisor for large fortune 500 company overseeing their new projects and products development strategies. Juan is invaluable to the team, and he is instrumental in the development of our current waste-to-energy project in the African region.

Ms. Marie Brooks
Director, Human Resource and Human Capacity Management

Marie is an experienced human resource manager with over 15 years of experience. Her experience ranges from working with both startup entities and mature organizations. 
She is well-versed in each of the human resources disciplines – compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, and recruitment and selection. She has excellent communication skills and decision-making capabilities based on her superior analytical skills and critical thought processes

Mr. Craig Brown
Director, Land Development & Estate Management Markets

Craig is responsible for developing sustainable land development models in Sub-Saharan African countries. Prior to joining Pathmos, Craig worked as an analyst at several prominent financial services companies, where he provided advisory services to companies in the frontier markets specifically in wealth generation through land development projects.
